Rus through Riberryhill Consulting has over 30 years of consulting and industry experience in commercialising species and the development of the native food and botanical industry. He worked in the policy and program development area of sustainable agriculture for the Federal Department of Agriculture for fifteen years.

Rus is a Qualified Person accredited with IP Australia specialising in PBR of fruit trees and Australian Native Plants. He also is a grower and producer of native fruits and foliage on the north coast of NSW.
